PEDro is an online database based out of the University of Sydney. PEDro provides access to over 60,000 randomized control trials, systematic reviews, and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. Note that "physiotherapy" is commonly used outside of the US in reference to "physical therapy."
Google Scholar is an online academic search engine designed to index scholarly sources, citations, and other resources. Google Scholar can provide full-text options for some resources.
