Welcome! This guide was created to provide a list of resources for students enrolled in Introduction to Infectious Diseases (BI120). The guide consists of multiple sections, each of which is designed to assist students with research for the course's semester-long project. This guide is not comprehensive. Rather, it is meant to offer a starting place for you as you to begin your research.
To the right are six categories, or research starters, for you to explore further as you work toward selecting and researching an infectious disease for the course project. Five of the six categories focus on a specific type or aspect of infectious disease. The General Resources category, however, provides links to reference sources and webpages that can be used to expand upon your research after you have selected a topic. If you need writing and/or research help, please visit the Need More Help? page.
The guide can be navigated from the tabs at the top of the screen, from the Research Starters to the right, or from the Next/Previous buttons at the bottom of each page.
