AVALON is CMU's catalog of books and ebooks, shared with eight other academic libraries in central Missouri.
Books from these other libraries can be requested and sent to Smiley Memorial Library for you to pick up. Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days, and when the item arrives, you will receive an email notifying you that the book is ready to be picked up.
To request a book, you will use your name, your student ID number, and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you create.
MOBIUS is a giant catalog, containing over 20 million items from over 70 libraries across the American Midwest. You can request books through MOBIUS to be picked up at Smiley Memorial Library; delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
To request a book from MOBIUS, you will use your name and your CMU student ID number.
