Print books, eBooks, and audiobooks can be found using the Smiley Memorial Library Catalog, linked to the Books tab of the Library's website. The catalog can help you find location information for any physical resource in the library building (books, DVDs, music scores, and etc.) as well as online resources, such as audiobooks and eBooks, that are available through the Libby app.
If a book is not available through Smiley Memorial Library, it is recommended that you check the MOBIUS catalog. MOBIUS is a consortium, that CMU belongs to, made up of over 70 libraries across the Midwest. Print books not available through Smiley Memorial Library can be requested through MOBIUS. The book will then be delivered to the Library and you will receive an email notification when it is ready for pickup.
Large collections of eBooks and audiobooks are accessible through two services offered by Smiley Memorial Library: Libby by OverDrive and eBook Collection Complete.
